Have you tried any recipes with black rice yet? I had a really yummy sushi dish recently made with black rice. I’m dying to try it at home because it is likely super healthy. Now I just have to get to one of the Asian markets and find it. The sushi place I had the “French Kiss?” I think that’s what they called it … is located in White Rock on 152 on the slope down towards 5 corners … west side of the street across from the dollar store with the big parking lot. Do try it when you’re over that way … and hungry. It’s a BIG roll with sauce.
